Police open fire to contain clash between cadres of political parties

Rasuwa, A clash between cadres of the left and democratic alliances took a nasty turn in the district on Thursday night forcing the police to open fire into the air. 
The incident took place at Kalikasthan area just a few hours ago before the silence period started. The police had to shoot 13 rounds into the air to force the clashers to disperse, said Chief District Officer Chomendra Neupane, adding that the situation returned to normalcy. A tight security has been maintained for the November 26 elections, he said.
