Employees, deputed for election purpose, facing problems to reach remote villages

Jajarkot, Employees deputed for conducting the elections have been facing problems to reach remote villages of Jajarkot district without road connectivity. 
It is difficult for them to reach their assigned areas within the determined time along with the required logistics. 
According to the Office of the Chief Election Officer, the employees have been deployed at the polling centre along with election materials required for the election of the House of Representatives and State Assembly. It takes three days on foot to reach Junichande and Barekot rural municipalities from the district headquarters. 
The Office has started deputing the employees at polling centres of the remote areas from Monday. A total of 1,000 employees would be deputed for the election in the district. 
Chief Election Officer, Dev Kumar Giri, said that employees for more than 100 polling centres have been deputed till Wednesday. 
All employees would reach at all polling centres till Thursday, he added. Eight-five polling centres and 116 voting stations have been fixed in the district. 
Although the district is very sensitive in view of security challenge, appropriate arrangement of security have been made in the district, said Chief District Officer, Pushparaj Shahi. 
More than 40 polling centres have no easy access to communication. Employees deputed at Mulsam polling centre of Barekot rural municipality said that problem has surfaced to acquire and give information due to this. 
Similarly, ward no 10, 11, 12 and 13 of Nalgad municipality have no communication facility.
