One killed due to landslide

Kathmandu - A woman has died after landslide triggered by rain washed away a house at Dhorpatan of Baglung district. Nineteen-year-old Puja Pariyar, daughter of Prakash Pariyar, died in the incident occurred at 1 am today at Arnak, Dhorpatan Municipality-2, the District Police Office Baglung said.

The landslide buried the house. It is said Prakash has two houses. Puja had been sleeping at the house hit by landslide while the rest of the members of the family had been sleeping at another house and they are safe.
