Youth dies after physical assault

Kathmandu - Fourteen youths have been arrested on the charge of beating a youth to death.Tek Bahadur Budha, of Salbang in Runtigadhi rural municipality died in the incident.

Those arrested are locals Bhim Bahadur Basnet, Jhupa Lal Budha, Prem Bahadur Budhathoki, Chet Lal Sahu, Chandra Lal Rokka, Dil Bahadur Rokka, Dipendra Sahu, Dhansing Budhathoki, Kamal Basnet, Prakash Budha, Thagendra Budha, Prem Budha, Til Bahadur Chalaune and Hira Bahadur Budhathoki, according to DSP at the District Police Office, Rolpa, Chitra Bahadur Gurung.

The incident took place on Saturday night. Further investigation into the case is underway, police said.
