State chief Prasai visits Devghatdham

Kathmandu - Chief of Bagmati state, Bishnu Prasad Prasai, has visited Devghatdham area today. He took holy bath at Beni, confluence of Trishuli and Kaligandaki rivers, as well as toured different places in the area. On the occasion, Prasai said that Devghatdham is very important destination in view of religious tourism.

Devghat is a gem of Bagmati state and all should help in development of Devghat from their respective side, he stressed. The state chief assured of holding talks with chief minister and other ministers of the state for the development of Devghat. Chairperson of Devghat Area Development Committee, Shivaraj Poudel, briefed state chief Prasai about Devghatdham and the various activities going on in the area.
