Conspiracy underway to make country failure in federalism's name: Mahato

Parsa –Member of the presidium of Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJPN) Rajendra Mahato today said that a conspiracy was being hatched to make the country failure in the name of federalism. 

He stressed the need for all to be alert to such a plan by those who are against federalism and democracy. Mahato was speaking at a press conference in Birgunj, Parsa. He also appealed to the government to withdraw tax increment terming it a way of biting the people. 

He also hinted at the announcement of a protest anytime for the rights of Madhesi people saying the government has failed to keep its commitments to incorporate Madhes issues in the new constitution through constitution amendment. Also, he demanded an arrest of the culprit(s) in the rape and murder of 13-year-old Nirmala Panta.
