Song from Nepali Film 'Lalibazar' Gains Massive Popularity on Social Media

The song, released a few days ago, has garnered over 1.7 million views on YouTube as of the time of this report. With the song gaining popularity, it has become even more viral on TikTok and Reels.

The song features a dance performance by actress Swastima Khadka and child artist Samaira Thapa. Users are increasingly creating videos on TikTok, Facebook Reels, replicating the steps performed by them in the song. The track ‘Maya Lai Ke Diu Ma Baina’ is becoming a favorite choice among active users and content creators on these platforms.

Speaking about the song's production, actress Khadka mentioned that the song's preparation was done amidst the shooting of the scenes. She said, ‘We used to practice the dance in the time saved during the scene shooting. Our child artist Samaira has danced wonderfully; her work also inspired me. This little girl has done an amazing job.’

The song was choreographed by Pradip Lama. The vocals are by Deepika Bayambu Magar and Khem Century. Khem Century also composed the music, while Ramesh Biji wrote the lyrics. Singer Deepika's previous song ‘Kashmire Pachyauri Darjilingko Rail’ was also very popular among the audience.
