Ukraine Secures Gulf Cooperation Council Support Against Iranian Aggression

Ukraine has confirmed the support of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states against Iranian aggression. Meanwhile, Ukraine emphasized the immediate cessation of Iranian military action against the Gulf nations and the necessity of ending all forms of attacks.

This support was confirmed through a phone conversation between GCC Secretary-General Jassem Mohammed Al Budaiwi and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha.

Furthermore, the GCC states praised Ukraine's efforts to sponsor and support the historic United Nations Security Council Resolution 2817, which condemns Iranian aggression in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the GCC states.

During this occasion, discussions were also held regarding ways to strengthen GCC-Ukraine relations for mutual benefit.
