UAE Airspace Fully Reopens After Temporary Security-Related Closure

Dubai. Due to rapid changes in regional security, the airspace of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), which was temporarily closed for some time, has now fully resumed operations. According to state media, although flights were suspended for a few hours on Tuesday, air traffic has now returned to normal.

Previously, the UAE's General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) had announced the temporary closure of the airspace across the country in view of the evolving security situation. However, the official news agency WAM reported that flights have resumed as the situation is under control.

The GCAA also clarified that air traffic safety is being given the highest priority and is being monitored in real-time 24 hours a day. As the airspace reopened, delayed and incoming flights from other destinations have gradually started to resume.
