Supreme Court Justice Malla States Judiciary is on Path to Reform

Kathmandu. Supreme Court Justice Sapana Pradhan Malla stated that they are moving on the path of judicial reform. She made this claim while speaking at a program organized in Kathmandu on Tuesday on the occasion of International Women's Day and Women Judges' Day. 

Justice Malla further stated that Chief Justice Prakash Man Singh Raut is also trying to elevate the judiciary as a truly living and inclusive institution. She also clarified that justice delivery cannot be carried out under any kind of fear or threat. 

Justice Malla stated that it is necessary to deliver justice without being influenced by any fear or threat to ensure good governance and inclusivity in the country. 

Justice Malla also cautioned all concerned parties to treat everyone who comes seeking justice with respect.
