Nepal Telecom announces new call rate to India at NPR 3.76 per minute

Kathmandu, December 31 — Nepal Telecom has announced a new rate of NPR 3.76 per minute (excluding tax) for calls made to India using its network.

According to a press release issued by Nepal Telecom on Tuesday, this new tariff applies to outbound calls made using the access code 1424, starting from midnight on December 30.

Additionally, the pulse rate for outbound calls to India using access codes 1424, 1425, and 1445 has been set at 60 seconds, as confirmed by Nepal Telecom Spokesperson Hari Dhakal.
