Bus accident in Ramechhap claims one life, 16 injured

Kathmandu, October 8 — A bus traveling from Kathmandu to Sindhuli met with an accident in Ramechhap on Tuesday evening, resulting in one death. Sixteen people were injured, with two in serious condition.
The passenger bus, numbered Province-3-01-0005 Kha 9579, crashed in Bhirpani, Khadadevi Rural Municipality-3.
According to DSP Pradeep Singh from the Ramechhap District Police Office, the deceased has been identified as Yunisha Shrestha, a resident of Sunkoshi Rural Municipality-6 in Ramechhap. The names of the injured have not been disclosed.
