Magnitude 4 earthquake strikes Baitadi
Kathmandu, September 22 — An earthquake has occurred with its epicenter around Shivalinga in the Baitadi district.
According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center in Lainchaur, a magnitude 4 earthquake struck around 2:09 PM today.
Previously, on September 18, an earthquake had also occurred with its epicenter near Majhigaun in Bajhang.
Recently, there has been a series of earthquakes in Nepal.
Due to its location in the Himalayan region, Nepal is considered a seismically vulnerable area.
