Bus accident in Chitwan leaves ten injured

Kathmandu, August 25 - A bus accident occurred this morning on the Mugling-Narayangadh road at Bharatpur Metropolitan City Ward No. 29. The District Police Office in Chitwan informed that ten people were injured when a bus, registered under Sudurpaschim Province with the number plate 02-001 Kha 1332, lost control and struck a road divider.

The injured individuals have been taken to Bharatpur for medical treatment.

A roadside fence, captured in a video of the incident, prevented the bus from falling into the Trishuli River.
