Nepal 'A' battles Ireland Wolves in ODI face-off

KATHMANDU: Nepal 'A' is bracing for the ultimate showdown against Ireland Wolves in the final clash of their three-day ODI series, slated for Sunday.

While Ireland Wolves have already clinched the ODI series title with wins in two out of three matches, Nepal 'A' is steadfast in their resolve to snatch victory in the upcoming encounter.

The match is set to kick off at 9:30 am at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.

Nepal 'A' encountered setbacks in the previous matches, succumbing to a 21-run defeat in the initial encounter and a significant 114-run loss in the subsequent face-off against Ireland Wolves. However, they are buoyed by optimism as they gear up for the final showdown.

Besides triumphing in the ODI series, Ireland Wolves also emerged victorious in the recently concluded T20 series against Nepal 'A'.
