KATHMANDU: In a display of sheer dominance, Ireland Wolves emerged victorious with a commanding 114-run win over Nepal 'A' in the ODI series.

Opting to bat first after winning the toss, Ireland Wolves set the stage with a formidable total of 174 runs, losing all 10 wickets in 38.4 overs. Gavin Hoey led the charge with a stellar 50 runs, well-supported by Neil Rock and Liam McCarthy who contributed 45 and 35 runs respectively.

On the bowling front, Rijan Dhakal and Shahab Alam showcased their prowess for Nepal 'A', each claiming three wickets, while Mausam Dhakal and Kamal Singh Airee added two and one wicket(s) to their tally.

In pursuit of the target, Nepal 'A' faltered and crumbled, getting dismissed for a mere 60 runs in 16.5 overs.

Matthew James Humphreys emerged as the hero for Ireland Wolves, delivering a remarkable performance with six wickets, with additional contributions from F. Hand and T. Mayes who secured two wickets each.
