Spain wins Women’s World Cup

KATHMANDU, Aug 20: Spain has won the title of the Women’s World Cup. After defeating England with a score of 1-0 in the Final match held on Sunday, Spain won the title.
Spain took the lead in the 29th minute of the match when captain Olga Carmona scored, which became the only goal to be scored in the match.
It is only the third time that the now-crowned champions, Spain, has participated in the Women’s World Cup.
