Grade 12 results: Improvement over last year
KATHMANDU, Aug 15: The National Examination Board has published the results of the annual examination of grade 12.
According to the published results, 50.9 percent of students were graded i.e. passed the examinations this year.
The Chairman of the Board, Dr Mahashram Sharma, informed that 49.09 percent of students were non-graded (NG) in this year's examination. This is an improvement compared to last year.
6,976 students have obtained an A+ grade (3.61 - 4 GPA) in this year's grade 12 examinations. Only 4,179 students got an A+ last year.
NEB's Member Secretary Durga Aryal revealed that this is an 0.72% increase in the students who have obtained this grade compared to last year.
The NEB is going to conduct the Grade Increase Examination on September 23 and 24 for students who were non-graded (NG) in the results.
