RSP proposes Urgent Public Importance on smuggled gold

KATHMANDU, July 26: Rasriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has registered an Urgent Public Importance proposal in the case of smuggling about 1 quintal of gold in the House of Representatives meeting.

RSP Deputy Leader Dol Prasad Aryal informed Ratopati that he registered the proposal of Urgent Public Importance on current issues including the gold scandal. 

Aryal demanded that the main opposition parties proceed per the parliamentary procedure without any obstructions and stated that he registered the proposal in accordance with the regulations of the HoR.

"The government has to give answers about the corruption cases including the gold scandal. If the answers provided by the government are not satisfactory, then the process will proceed to the second stage" Aryal remarked, "We want the government's answer at the moment. Our point is that we need an answer that will satisfy the people."
