CPN (US) Central Secretariat meeting ongoing

KATHMANDU, July 17: The Central Secretariat meeting of the CPN Unified Socialist is ongoing at the Pushpalal Memorial Foundation in Champadevi, Kirtipur.

Political and Ideological topics along with the nominations for vacant positions in the party committee will be discussed. Seven members put forth their ideas on the first day of the meeting and two members on the second day.

In Monday’s meeting, respected leader Jhalanath Khanal, General Secretary Ghanashyam Bhusal, leader Gangalal Tuladhar and Bijay Paudel will be speaking.

The leaders have been putting their opinion on how to expand the party in the changing situation and how to face the current situation. There will also be a discussion about the nomination of leaders for the vacant positions in the party committee. 

The meeting is scheduled to end on Tuesday after the remaining 6 people including the chairman will have spoken.
