Budget passed by National Assembly, to be implemented from Monday

KATHMANDU, July 13: The budget for the next fiscal year has been passed by the National Assembly. The annual estimate of revenue and expenditure (budget)  for the fiscal year 2080/was passed by both houses of the Federal Parliament.

The Appropriation Bill 2080 was passed during the National Assembly meeting on Thursday.

With the budget being passed by both houses of the Federal Parliament, the budget can be implemented from the 17th of July on Monday. The next meeting of the National Assembly has been adjourned for 13 minutes today.
