Congress District Presidents’ meeting today

KATHMANDU, July 6: The meeting of the District Presidents of the Nepali Congress is sitting today at 12 pm. The meeting will be held at the Central Office of the party at Sanepa. The General Minister of the party, Gagan Thapa, called the District Presidents to Kathmandu for discussion.

A correspondence has been sent to the Congress to attend the meeting along with the names and contact numbers of the officials and members of the House of Representatives, Provincial Assembly Regional Working Committee, Village, Municipality and Ward Working Committee under their respective districts.

Similarly, from the ward level, district meetings have been arranged to be attended with details and planning topics. Arrangements have also been made for the district vice-president to attend if the district president is unable to attend, and if he is unable to physically participate, he can participate in the interaction through Zoom.

General Minister Gagan Thapa said that the two-day meeting will discuss party membership distribution, renewal and party management methods. According to him, three agendas will be discussed after the district presidents inform the active members of the district.
