Airfares decrease, Kathmandu-Dhangadi fare drops by Rs 615 (with price list)

KATHMANDU, July 4: Nepal Civil Aviation Authority has adjusted the airfares for the third time. After Nepal Oil Corporation decreased the price of aviation fuel alongside petrol, diesel and kerosene, the Authority decreased the fuel surcharge.

According to the price list, the fuel surcharge of the Kathmandu-Dhangadi route has decreased the most by Rs 615 and dropped to Rs 6010. Similarly, the fuel surcharge for Kathmandu-Simara, the shortest flight route, has decreased by Rs 125 and dropped to Rs 1225. This has caused a massive decrease in airfares.
