UML Central Committee meeting ongoing, 13 reports will be discussed

KATHMANDU, May 11: In the meeting of the Central Committee of CPN-UML, 13 separate reports are going to be submitted. Chairman KP Sharma Oli will present current political reports in the meeting that started on Thursday at the party central office in Chyasal and nine reports will be submitted under the grassroots campaign.

The party secretaries who are the provincial coordinators of the campaign formed by UML in all seven provinces for the mission grassroots campaign will submit the report of their respective provinces.

Apart from that, 2 reports will also be submitted from the non-geographic province committee, UML Central Member and Deputy Head of Publicity Department Bishnu Rijal informed. The Disciplinary Commission, Accounts Commission and Election Commission are also scheduled to submit separate reports. UML central member Neeraj Acharya informed that 10 different agendas will be discussed in the meeting. The meeting will be held for three days till the 13th of May.

According to Acharya, there will be a group discussion on all the reports from which, the action plan of the provinces will be created. 335 (two suspended) members, 4 central body chairmen and 9 provincial committee chairmen (two non-geographical) will participate in the UML Central Committee. 

According to UML, the meeting will decide on the action plans of the provinces, the work division of the central members and the management of party entrants.
