Nepal's impressive victory over Oman
KATHMANDU, April 21: Nepal defeated Oman with 84 runs in the ACC Premier Cricket Cup match at the TU Cricket ground.
With the help of a record-setting century by left-handed Kushal Malla, Nepal has emerged victorious.
Nepal had given Oman a target of 311 runs, which Oman could not fulfill, and became all-out in 46.3 overs with 226 runs.
Sandeep Lamichhane and Karan K.C. each took 3 wickets for Nepal, while Dipendra Singh Airy took two wickets and Lalit Rajbanshi took one wicket.
Oman lost only 9 wickets but was all-out due to the injury of one of its batsmen in the previous innings making him unable to play.
