KATHMANDU, March 14: Dr Suresh Chalise and Chiranjibi Adhikari have been appointed the foreign advisor and personal secretary of President Ram Chandra Poudel.
Dr Chalise who has already served as foreign ambassador and Adhikari were appointed as  the foreign advisor and personal secretary two days after President Ram Chandra Poudel assumed his office.
