Sandeep gets visa

KATHMANDU, March 1: Cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane is preparing to go to UAE after the Supreme Court removed the previous ban on going abroad.

Lamichhane is preparing to go to the UAE to play in the ongoing triangular cricket league in the UAE. Cricket Association Nepal (CAN) has already put Lamichhane's name on the list of players.

According to CAN, after one of the players of that team fell ill, his name was removed from the players' list and the name of Lamichhane was inserted. But whose name has been removed, that has not been disclosed.

Joint Secretary of CAN, Durga Pathak informed that they are trying to take Lamichhane to UAE today.
