13 injured in bus accident

Damauli, Tanahun - As many as 13 passengers were injured when the bus they were travelling in met with an accident at Dhab, Bandipur rural municipality-4 in Tanahun district today.
The bus (Na 5 Kha 9140) was heading towards Syangja from Kathmandu at the time of the accident.
Among those injured in the accident, 64-year-old Shankar Malla of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-26, who had sustained serious injuries, has been taken to Manipal Teaching Hospital for further treatment after undergoing primary treatment at Laxmi Hospital in Dumre.
The rest of the injured passengers are receiving treatment at the Laxmi Hospital in Dumre, the Area Police Office, Dumre stated.
