CIAA nabs official from Attariya

Dhangadhi - A team from the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) arrested a government employee red-handed while taking bribe from Kailali district on Monday. 

Non-gazetted first class officer Rajendra Saud at Revenue Investigation Office was held for taking a bribe of Rs 45,000, said Inspector of Nepal Police Anil Kumar Upreti. A team led by Upreti from the Kanchanpur-based Far Western Regional Office of the CIAA arrested Saud based on a tip off.
