Bus carrying members of wedding party torched

Dhangadhi– Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplav'-led Communist Party of Nepal has torched a bus carrying people attending a marriage ceremony at Rajipur jungle of Kailali district this morning in course of its Nepal banda. 


Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Kailali, Aabhushan Timsina, said that an unidentified group comprising nine people torched the bus (Ma 1 Kha 441) by sprinkling diesel on it at 4:00 am. 
A total of 12 members playing musical instruments in marriage ceremony were travelling in the bus. 
All the passengers as well as bus driver and helper are safe. The bus was heading towards Bhimduttanagar from Bhajani. 


Similarly, police have arrested three persons, who threatened to set ablaze the bus parked at Godavari of Godavari municipality-4 in the district, this morning. They are Koshraj Bhatta of Betkot, Kanchanpur, Sushila Chanda of Bhimduttanagar and Dhan Bahadur Bam of Doti. 


Likewise, locals are terrorized after suspicious objects like IEDs are found at Joshipur, Sikhad and Sadepani in the district. Normal life has been affected as well as transport service, educational institutions, industry and markets have remain closed today due to Nepal banda.
