No room for corrupt people in Province No 3: CM Poudel

Hetauda–Chief Minister of Province No 3 Dormani Poudel has urged one and all to start anti-corruption drive from the self. 


At the 28th anniversary of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) in Hetauda today, CM Poudel said that the province government had adhered to 'zero-tolerance' policy against corruption for curbing it. 
Stating that the provincial government had no room for corruption and corrupt persons, Poudel clarified that the wrongdoers won't be spared. 


According to him, he who does not abide by punctuality in workplace was also an instance of corruption. 
On the occasion, Province No 3 Chief Secretary Anandaraj Dhakal urged one and all to discharge their duties within the parametre of the prevailing Act and Laws. 


He pointed out the need to curb corruption taking place in bordering places with India by exploiting the technology. 
CIAA Hetauda Chief Homkala Pandey shared that a team led by Chief Commissioner of CIAA was formed to tackle corruption. She underscored the need to rope in public in anti-corruption campaign. 


Anti-corruption crusader Bhim Shrestha, poet Nimesh Nikhil and FNJ Province No 3 President Pratap Bista univocally indicated towards the need to launch anti-corruption campaign from the low rung in the bureaucracy to the top. 


Present at the programme were Chief of the District Coordination Committee of Bara, Parsa, Chitwan and Makawanpur, Chief District Officers of the above-mentioned districts, Chief of security forces, anti-corruption crusaders and public among others,
