Preparations over for International Agricultural Expo

Chitwan–All preparations are over for an International Agricultural Exhibition going to be organized in Chitwan from January 25. 


Media Space Solution and Futurex Trade Fair and Events of India are going to organize the three-day Expo at Chitwan Exhibition Centre. 


Around 400 different types of products related to agriculture would be put on display in more than 150 stalls of 15 countries including Nepal, India and China in the expo. 


At a news conference organized here today, Managing Director of Media Space Solution, Srijal Bhattarai, said that newly invented machines and equipments for poultry farm, fisheries as well as training and seminar regarding banana farming, drip irrigation and pesticide-free agriculture would be launched in the expo. 


The organizer believes that maximum number of entrepreneurs, researchers, students, among others, would visit the expo. Similarly, farmers and entrepreneurs associated with prime Minister Agriculture Modernization Project, All Nepal Peasants Federation, Nepal Poultry Federation, Federation of National Farmer Groups would participate in the expo. 
Chairperson of Nepal Communist Party and former Prime Minister, Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ is scheduled to inaugurate the expo.
