Underground Shaligram museum in the making

Balewa ,Baglung– An underground museum is being built at Kundulefedi of Baglung at the estimated cost of Rs 60 million. 
The museum being constructed on crowd funding is to preserve (Shaligram) ammonite stone – an iconic symbol of Lord Vishnu. 

Sage Prapannacharya took the initiative to construct the museum by raising funds from local people. 
Preparation is on to showcase the entire Kaligandaki civilization in the 100-metre-long tunnel of the museum. ---
