Federalism is absolutely unique system: Speaker Mahara

Gaighat, Udayapur – Speaker of the Federal Parliament, Krishna Bahadur Mahara has termed Nepal’s federalism as purely different from other countries’ federalism and based on the country’s own context.

Addressing the interaction programme titled ‘Constitution, Implementation of Federalism and Interrelations’ organized in Gaighat of Udayapur district today, he said Nepal’s federalism was unique also because ‘ours is a multi-ethnic, multi-lingual and multi-religious country’.
