President Bhandari condoles Tuladhar's demise

Kathmandu –President Bidya Devi Bhandari has expressed sorrow over the demise of noted human rights activist and leftist leader Padma Ratna Tuladhar and extended condolence to the bereaved family. 


In her message of condolence today to Neel Shoba, the spouse of the late Tuladhar, the President said that she was deeply saddened by the unexpected death of former minister Tuladhar who was dedicated to the causes of people, nation and democracy. 


The President in the message remembered Tuladhar as a fearless, popular and pro-people leader who always fought for civic freedom, peace, national integrity, social justice and equity. She further expressed her confidence that Nepal and Nepali people would always remember him for his significant contributions to the protection and promotion of language and culture. Tuladhar had passed away on November 4 at the age of 78. 

The President described the demise of Tuladhar as an incomparable loss to the entire nation, paying emotional tribute to the late leader and wishing for eternal peace to the departed soul. ---
