Kawasoti – A cyclist died after being hit by a goods carrier truck in old Kawasoti of ward no-3 of Kawasoti municipality along the East-West Highway last night.
The deceased has been identified as Rabiraj Khanal,58, of Madhyabindu municipality-14. He was hit by the truck with Indian registration number MH46BB8211, according to District Police Office.
Seriously injured Khanal died while undergoing treatment at the Old Medical College, DSP Lila Raj Lamichhane said.
