Birendranagar –Chief Judge of Surkhet High Court, Hari Kumar Pokharel said the short of competent human resource in judicial sector has troubled in dispensing justice.
He said this at a programme organized by Public Academy Secondary School to welcome to law faculty students in Birendranagar on Wednesday.
Owing to shortage of human resource having legal academic background since long, the legal process has witnessed several problems, he noted.
He expressed his confidence that the operation of secondary level education on law in the district would help supply capable human resource in the sector.
Also speaking on the occasion, Madhyapaschim University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Upendra Kumar Koirala termed the legal practitioners as defenders of society and civilization. ---
