Prachanda asks British investors to invest in Nepal

Kathmandu – Chairperson of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN), Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', has urged the British investors to invest in Nepal. 


During a meeting with Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan and Director of South Asia of UK Gareth Bayley today, Chairperson Dahal said that there was immense potentials of hydropower in Nepal, saying that the wave of economic prosperity was established and political stability is in the making in Nepal after the recent political changes. 


Saying that many investors of the world are willing to invest in Nepal, Dahal said, "We have been making plans for the security and safety of investors and their investments." 


Similarly, Chief Bayley said that British investors are willing to invest in Nepal and praised Nepal's beauty as the loveliest country in the world. 


On the occasion, Bayley put forth his queries about Nepal's political scenario from the peace process to the incumbent government, according to Dahal's secretariat.
