Besisahar –Monica Gurung has won the first Miss Queen Lamjung 2018 title in the beauty contest held in Lamjung.
Monica defeated eight contestants to win the title in the event held on Saturday. Along with the title, she also won Rs. 50,000 in cash, trophy and certificate. She also won the most beautiful title of the tournament.
Likewise, Sara Tamang was the first runner-up and Monica Shrestha the second runner-up. They also won Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 10,000 respectively.
Gandaki State Assembly member Madhu Adhikari and other guests including chair of the organiser, Tanahu Event Management, Sarita Thapa were the jury of the event. The finale was held after a training of almost a month.
