Babiyachour, Myagdi – Fire broke out at the house of Jagindra Bhandari of Khadkamare of Raghugang rural municipality-2 this morning, gutting property worth Rs 2.5 million.
According to Bhagawati Police Post, the fire started due to short circuit destroyed different goods including food grains, timber, ornaments, clothes and utensils.
Chief of the Police Post, Om Bahadur Bogati said that 13 tolas of gold and Rs 400,000 cash were also destroyed. Locals and police personnel doused the fire.
