Toilet for differently-abled people constructed at bus park

Kathmandu – A differently-abled people friendly toilet has been constructed at the new bus park at Gongabu, the only national bus terminal of the country. 

Lhotse Multi-purpose Pvt. Ltd., which has taken the operation of the bus park complex on lease for 50 years, constructed the toilet for the convenience of the passengers with physical disabilities.

 
There was no such facility at the bus park before this. General Manager of Lhotse Multi-purpose Pvt. Ltd, Sunil Kunwar said the toilet has been constructed at a cost of Rs 2.5 million. There are separate toilets for male and female wheel-chair users, he said. 

The bus park is spread over 161 ropanis area which has parking space for 1,000 vehicles.
