Leopard attacks man in Kanchanpur

Bimduttanagar, Kanchanpur– A 45-year-old man was injured here when a leopard attacked him today. 

Chhauna Rana of Bagfata of Bhimdutta Municipality-18, Kanchanpur was severely injured in the leopard attack. He has been rushed to the Seti Zonal Hospital, Dhangadhi, police said. The animal entered the human settlement adjoining the Shuklafanta National Park attacked Rana and killed a goat as well. 

The settlement lies in the park's buffer zone. Security personnel were mobilized to chase away the wild animal.
