Nepal Army hands over disabled-friendly toilet to school

 

 

Rolpa Nepal Army's the Khadgadal Battalion, Rolpa has constructed a disabled-friendly toilet and handed it over to the Tara Secondary School, Bamruk. 


The toilet was constructed at a cost of Rs 550 thousand including the voluntary labour contribution by the army personnel, said Battalion Commander Ajaya Gurung. 


Chief of the Nepal Army's Mid-western Division Headquarters, Major General Rajendra Karki handed the key of the toilet to school principal Obilal Mahara amid a programme on Thursday. 


The toilet has three rooms and the students and teachers with disabilities would be benefitted. Khadgadal Battalion, Rolpa has carried out many development works in the district with the cooperation of the local people.
