Maoist leaders lay emphasis on party organization

Kathmandu - CPN (Maoist Centre) leaders have opined to make the party organization manageable by dismantling the existing jumbo central committee. 

Speaking in the party's expanded meeting, the leaders suggested the party leadership to immediately begin the process party reform. 
Strengthening grassroots organization is the major weapon in the party, they underscored. 

According to the leaders, lack of internal preparations, poor mobilization of the leaders and factionalism in the party resulted in the defeat of the party in the recently concluded two phases of local level polls. 

Those speaking in the meeting said that all leaders should be ready even for their demotion to make the party organization manageable adding that the jumbo central committee without organization could not yield result. 

Leaders Janardan Sharma, Urmila Aryal, Tek Bahadur Basnet, Jiban Budha, Ramdip Acharya, Purna Subedi, Hemraj Bhandari, Kamala Roka, Dilaram Acharya, Dadhiram Neupane and others expressed their opinions in the meeting, party spokesperson Pampha Bhusal said. 

The next meeting of the Maoist Centre is to hold at 11:00 am Wednesday.
