Ambassador Bhushal presents credentials

Kathmandu - Nepal's Ambassador to Bangladesh, Professor Dr Chop Lal Bhushal, presented letter of credence to President of People's Republic of Bangladesh, Abdul Hamid, amidst a ceremony organized at Banglabandhu Bhabhan, Dhaka, on Tuesday. 

Issuing a press release, Embassy of Nepal in Dhaka, said after the presentation of the credentials, Ambassador Dr Bhushal had a courtesy meeting with Bangladeshi President at the latter office. During the meeting, matters related to bilateral relations including connectivity, trade and transit between the two countries were discussed. 

At the meeting, President Hamid expressed his willingness to visit Nepal during his tenure. 

Foreign Secretary, Ministry Secretary to the President, Secretary to the President, Chief of Protocol, high dignitaries and officials from the President's Office and from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including media persons were present during the occasion.
