Bardia, Tribhuvan Army Club has won both the women's and men's national Kabbadi competition held under the National Sports Council Championship 2074.
In the final held today, the TAC defeated western region by 39-25 to win the championship in the men's category. In the women's category, the departmental team defeated far-western region by 39-22.
NSC Member-secretary Keshav Kumar Bista gave away prizes and certificates to the winners.
TAC's Menuka Rajbansi and Nageswar Tharu were adjudged the best athlete in the women's and men's category respectively. A total of seven teams in the men's category and eight teams in women's category had competed in the event.
