40 nations may boycott Paris Olympics

Feb. 4: Poland's Sports and Tourism Minister Kamil Bortnikzuk has said that 40 countries may boycott the Paris Olympics and make all Olympic competitions meaningless. Later, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia jointly refused to allow Russia to compete in the Paris Olympics.
Then the sports minister of Russia made this comment. On the other hand, Ukraine has also said that it will boycott the Paris Olympics if Russia participates. Bortnikjuk said that 40 countries, including England, America, and Canada, will not support Russia's participation before sitting for the Olympic meeting on February 10.
I don't think we will be forced to take some tough decisions before the Olympics. We will boycott the Olympic Games. The countries that support us will also boycott the games that we will boycott," he said. The Olympics allowed athletes from Russia and Belarus to compete in the Paris Olympics under a neutral flag.
