Five members of same family killed in bus accident

Rajbiraj - Death could not be as cruel as it was for the family of Sanjit Kumar Jha, since all five members of his family, including Jha himself, were killed in a tragic bus accident that took place in Gajuri rural municipality-5, Dhading this morning. 

Jha's family that had come home for celebrating the Chhath festival was returning Kathmandu by that ill-fated bus after the conclusion of the festival as he had to go to office on Sunday. 

But such was the fate that the whole Jha family, along with 25 fellow passengers, lost their lives when the bus they were travelling in plunged into the Trishuli River in the wee hours today, said one Chandan Yadav of Hanuman Nagar Kankalini municipality in the district. 

Jha was the manager at the Rastriya Banijya Bank, Gaushala branch Kathmandu. He along with his wife Simi Kumari Jha, sons Abhinav, 10, and Prateek of four years, and brother Anjit were killed in the accident. Similarly, Jha's sister in law Puja Jha and brother in law Bitu Jha lost their lives. 

The entire town Tilathi is soaked in sorrow as many people from the area were killed in the bus plunge today.
