Kathmandu - Ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has issued an Intraparty Directive-5 to the party’s central committee, province committees, district committees and all party affiliates. Party chairpersons KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ on Monday made such move based on the party’s Standing Committee meeting concluded on September 11.
The 16-point intraparty directive has included points to further enliven party. The directive has defined the terms of reference of two chairpersons, accomplish the remaining tasks of party unification, strengthening party’s structure and institutional functioning and others.
Similarly, maximizing the role of parliamentary party in regard to government’s performance and prevention, control, treatment and economic recovery, among others are included in the intraparty guidelines.
