Corona Hospital in Dang reports eight recovery cases

Kathmandu - Eight people who were earlier admitted to the Beljhundi-based Corona Special Hospital in Dang as COVID-19 patients returned home today after recovery. They were hospitalised on May 15 and got discharged today after their corona test reports came negative twice, said hospital manager Drona Bahadur Oli. Among those sent homes today, four are from Kapilvastu, three from Banke and one of Gadhawa, Dang.

Now, 37 people of Rukum East, Rupandehi, Kapilvastu, Banke, Dang and Bardiya are being treated for COVID-19 in the hospital. Of them, two are women. Dhanusha youth's report negative No coronvirus infection has been found on a youth who had died on Wednesday at Jatahi point along the Nepal-India border in Dhanusha. Chief District Officer Koshhari Niraula said the corona test report of the youth is negative.

He went to Gujarat of India four months ago in connection with the job and died at Jatahi as he was on his way back to home at Shahidnagar municipality-9. As his colleague recounted, Yadav had walked for six days without food to arrive at Jatai from India. He collapsed along the border point and died. Meanwhile, the Shahidnagar municipality has decided to provide Rs 100 thousand to the bereaved family as funeral costs.
